JILL EBERLE, PARTNER
Jill is grateful for the opportunities she has had over the past three decades to work with such a diverse set of companies and brands to bring insights and clarity to the business challenges they face. She treasures strong client partnerships and thrives on going the extra mile for her clients. Having been a part of building Lynx from the ground up, she’s quite proud of the Lynx team and culture that centers around doing things right, and doing the right thing for clients. Jill is an avid fan of her favorite college basketball and football teams, enjoys books, jigsaw puzzles & music, and spending time in the Colorado outdoors with her rescue dog Maximus.
TIM PASCOE, PARTNER
Tim partners with Marketers and Insights professionals to create and grow great brands. After spending over three decades in the Market Research industry working in advertising, client-side and supplier-partner roles, Tim has gained unique vision into how brands perform and what drives shoppers to become buyers. Most of his recent focus encompasses the retail, services and consumer goods arenas. Tim relishes his personal time to enjoy the great outdoors via hiking, biking and camping, and is always in search of great Tex-Mex and BBQ cuisine.
ROB ARNETT, VP BRAND RELATIONS
Rob brings nearly 40 years of experience in the insights industry to his role. In that time he has worked on both the client and consultant side across a wide variety industry verticals including healthcare, CPG, financial services, and technology. While he relishes a good challenge from any type of marketing problem, segmentation, innovation, and pricing are right in his wheelhouse. Outside of work, he loves most outdoor activities like fishing, camping, and hiking, as well as tennis and pickleball.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
William adds over 20 years of experience in the marketing research industry. In his current role as Director of Operations he supervises and provides direction to Lynx Project Management staff. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all sub-contractors to ensure Lynx receives the level of service required to appropriately meet the needs of our clients. He studied Economics and Psychology at Southwest Texas State University, earning a business degree. Personally, he enjoys snorkeling and scuba, and traveling to sunny beach locations with his family. He also is an avid sports fan of boxing, football, and Formula One racing.
For more than a decade and across hundreds of projects, Jeremiah has designed, managed, analyzed, reported, and moderated studies for Lynx. Utilizing degrees in marketing and human resources, Jeremiah studied principles of marketing research at the University of Idaho and uses that rural experience to excel at making the complexities of research design, operations, & analysis feel like small-town simplicity. With two young children at home, Jeremiah’s free time is spent enjoying being a dad.
Since joining Lynx in 2006, Eli has successfully applied lessons learned from an array of employment experiences to his research career. From serving his country in the US Army, to managing a variety of entertainment venues, Eli’s efforts exhibit a combination of attributes that have serve him well at Lynx: A positive, “can-do” attitude, along with an innate desire to provide clear and actionable insights for his Lynx clients. In his spare time, you will find Eli enjoying what he considers to be the best feature of his native Idaho: The great outdoors. Whitewater rafting with family and friends, enjoying the local ski slopes with his two boys, or chasing steelhead with a spey rod in one of Idaho’s pristine rivers are among Eli’s favorite activities.
A recent addition to the Lynx team, Chris brings nearly a decade of experience in insights, or brand and category management, largely focused on the CPG industry. Applying his MMR degree from UGA and robust training in big data, he strives to bring a well-rounded perspective to the business issue at hand. The opportunity to empathetically represent the voice of the consumer and translate it to actionable business insights for his clients is what drives him. Since completing undergrad at Clemson, Chris passionately cheers on the Tiger football and baseball. During the offseason, he can be found immersed in a variety of cooking related hobbies.
SR PROJECT MANAGER
Nichole has been with Lynx for over 10 years now as a Project Manager and Data Analyst. She completed her undergrad at the University of Georgia in Advertising and Public Relations and has loved going back to take part in the MMR programs UGA puts together. Taking projects from start to finish and taking ownership in each one is what she loves most about being a project manager. Nichole loves spending time with her family and chasing after her three little ones. She’s a Peloton groupie and loves her workout time. And of course, you’ll always find her cheering for the Dawgs on Saturday.
SR PROJECT MANAGER
Bruce graduated from Boise State University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. He has been part of Lynx’s dynamic project management team for almost a decade. Bruce is not only exceptional at keeping projects on schedule and on track, but he has his “hands in the dirt” every step of the way. He works closely with colleagues and vendors to understand the nuances of each project; ensuring the end client receives the highest quality data and insights possible. Bruce thrives upon the unique challenges each project brings to the table; he recognizes and embraces the opportunity for growth and knowledge each new project presents. Outside of work, Bruce enjoys strength training, playing ice hockey, and most of all, spending time with his family.
SR PROJECT MANAGER
With eight years of progressive experience in quantitative and qualitative market research project management, data processing, analysis, and reporting. Tim brings a dynamic skill set and perspective to the Lynx team. Tim’s educational passion is in analyzing and using numbers to find an applicable solution. With 25 years of experience in project management, operations management, customer support, vendor relations, and employee guidance, Tim has proven to find an applicable solution to any issue that may occur in any evolving business setting. Tim earned his degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver in Colorado in 2005. His studies focused primarily on the analytical and social attributes involved in managing a successful organization.
